What’s Included in Every Installation
- Fan-rated box installation — standard light boxes cannot safely support a ceiling fan’s weight and movement. If there’s no fan-rated box, we install one.
- Wiring — connecting to your existing circuit, including separate switch legs for light and fan speed if your fan supports it
- Mounting and assembly — we assemble and mount your fan or fixture completely
- Testing — everything confirmed working before we leave

Adding a ceiling fan to a room that doesn’t have an existing overhead fixture? We can run new wiring from your panel and install a wall switch at the same time. This adds to the scope and cost — we’ll be upfront about what’s involved before we start.
