What We Handle in Derby

In some cases, the boxes are mounted to plaster with minimal structural support. Before any fan goes up in a Derby home, we verify the box is properly fan-rated and structurally sound. Where it isn’t, we install a new fan-rated box anchored to solid framing before proceeding.
